Copyright and DMCA Complaints Policy

Still Qualified respects the intellectual-property rights of others and asks the same of everyone who uses the product. The Still Qualified workspace is a private, single-customer workspace: the work you create is yours, and we do not publish it to the public. If you believe material in the product infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to act for, you can ask us to review and remove it.

1. How to submit a copyright complaint

Email your complaint to support@stillqualified.com with the subject line "Copyright complaint." To help us act quickly under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), please include:

  1. Your name and contact information (an email address, and a physical address and phone number where you can be reached).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material you believe is infringing, and enough detail for us to locate it.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. What happens next

We review complete complaints and may remove or disable access to material we reasonably determine is infringing, and may contact the person who submitted it. Where appropriate, we may share your complaint with that person so they can respond.

3. Counter-notification

If your material was removed or disabled and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to support@stillqualified.com. Please include:

  1. Your name, physical address, and phone number.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the district of the address you provide (or, if you are outside the United States, any district in which Still Qualified may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the complaint.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we may suspend or terminate access for anyone we determine to be a repeat infringer.

5. Misuse and contact

Submitting a knowingly false copyright complaint or counter-notification can carry legal liability, so please only submit a complaint about material you genuinely believe infringes your rights. Questions about this policy: support@stillqualified.com.
